Scan the QR Code using your authentication app (such as FIS Authenticator or Google Authenticator). You can also set up your authenticator app manually by entering the Secret Key listed below (without the hyphens). After you have added this account in your authenticator app it will produce a 6 digit code that changes every 30 seconds. Enter that code in the Confirmation Code box below, then click Continue.
